Only 6.4L I've ever worked on with blown headgaskets was a guy running an SCT tuner pushing 40 psi of boost and he towed a triple axle equipment trailer with this tune. With that spartan tune you should be pushing around 40 psi max, which surprisingly the stock head bolts on a 6.4L can handle. If you are worried about blowing the headgaskets from pushing too much boost then a set of ARP headstuds will do more for your engine than an aftermarket wastegate.
